This Privacy Policy explains how BabelWords ("we", "us", the "Game") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our word puzzle game on the web, Android, or iOS. By using BabelWords you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information — your email address, a securely hashed password, and a display name when you create an account. You can also play in guest mode without an account.
• Gameplay data — your progress, levels completed, scores, stars, in-game currency, purchases, friends, messages, and challenges.
• Voice and audio — if you use the game's voice features, your microphone audio is captured and processed to recognize spoken words and provide pronunciation and hints. Audio is processed to power these features and is not used to identify you.
• Purchase information — when you buy items, our payment partners process the transaction. We receive confirmation and the item purchased, not your full card details.
• Device and usage data — basic technical data such as device type, app version, language, and anonymous analytics about how the Game is used.

2. How we use your information

• To run the Game, save your progress, and sync it across devices.
• To provide voice recognition, pronunciation, hints, and translations.
• To enable social features (friends, messages, leaderboards, challenges).

BabelWords is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your account and gameplay data while your account is active. Voice audio is processed to provide features and is not retained longer than needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

8. How to delete your account

To delete your account and associated data, use the account settings in the Game or email us at contact@gtlingua.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection wherever your data is handled.
